Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-Year Local Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and includes a 1-to-1 exchange of the defective unit.

What is Covered

The warranty applies to defects arising from:

– Manufacturing faults
– Defective materials
– Workmanship issues under normal usage conditions

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will replace it with a new unit of the same model (or an equivalent model if the original is unavailable).

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

– Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or mishandling
– Accidental damage (drops, impact, liquid damage, etc.)
– Unauthorized modification or repair
– Normal wear and tear
– Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
– Damage caused by external factors (power surge, fire, flood, etc.)

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

3. Warranty Claim Process

If you encounter any issue with your product, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Our Live Agent

– Reach out to our Live Chat support team.
– Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing.
– Provide clear photo and/or video evidence for verification.

Our support team may provide troubleshooting guidance to help resolve the issue before proceeding with a warranty claim.

Step 2: Warranty Assessment & Replacement

If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, we will initiate the warranty claim process.

You will be required to provide:

– Full name
– Contact number
– Delivery address

We will then arrange to resend a replacement unit.

Replacement may be processed with or without requiring the return of the defective unit, depending on the case assessment.

4. Return of Defective Unit (If Required)

In certain cases, we may arrange free pickup of the defective item for:

– Product examination and internal reporting purposes
– Verification of the warranty claim to prevent misuse or false claims

If a return is required, our Live Agent will provide instructions for the pickup arrangement.

Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the rejection of the warranty claim.

5. Additional Terms

The warranty period remains unchanged and does not reset upon replacement.

Replacement units do not extend the original warranty period.

We reserve the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims.
