We offer free return pickup and new unit replacement under the following situations and return conditions.
i. Situation (A) – Parcel Damaged During Transportation
You are eligible if your parcel arrives with major damage, such as:
– Severely crushed, torn, or punctured outer packaging
– Water-soaked packaging
– Parcel clearly mishandled with compromised structural integrity
– Damage that affects the condition or usability of the item inside
– Missing components due to packaging failure
*Important:
Minor dents, slight creases, scratches, or small cosmetic imperfections on the outer packaging do NOT qualify. Damage must significantly impact the item inside.
ii. Situation (B) – Incorrect Item Received
You are eligible if:
– The item is different from what you ordered
– The model, color, size, or specification is incorrect
Return Conditions
To qualify for return:
– The request must be made within 7 days from the date you received the item.
– The item must be returned in its original condition.
– All original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and free gifts (if any) must be included.
– The item must not show signs of misuse, alteration, or intentional damage.
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request if it is incomplete, unreasonable, or if the item is returned in unsuitable condition.

– Clear photos or video evidence of the issue

Incomplete information may delay processing.

– We will arrange a free pickup service.
– You must provide accurate personal details (name, contact number, pickup address, and convenient pickup time).
– No return shipping charges will apply for eligible cases.

Step 4: Replacement Processing
Once we receive the returned item:
1. Our team will inspect and assess its condition.
2. If approved, we will resend a replacement unit of the same item at no additional cost.
3. Replacement will only be processed after verification of the returned item.
4. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and courier timelines.
If the return does not meet eligibility criteria:
– We reserve the right to decline the replacement.
– The returned item may be shipped back to you at your own shipping cost.
