Cancellation Policy
We kindly request customers to review their orders carefully before confirming payment. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Cancellation requests are only accepted prior to shipment.
If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed accordingly.
Once the order has been prepared for shipment or handed over to the courier, it will be considered shipped.
2. Orders That Have Already Been Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
The parcel will proceed with delivery as scheduled, and we will be unable to process any cancellation, refund, or interception of the shipment.
3. Cancellation Due to Change of Mind
We regret to inform that cancellations due to a change of mind are strictly not accepted.
If the delivered item:
– Matches the order placed, and
– Is not defective or damaged,
It will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
4. Right to Reject Requests
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation or refund request that is deemed:
– Unreasonable,
– Invalid, or
– Not in compliance with our stated policy.
All decisions will be made at our discretion in accordance with our terms and conditions.
